FORSTAMPS TRADING POLICIES & INFORMATION
STOCK LISTS - are regularily amended so are as accurate as possible. Catalogue reference numbers used are Stanley Gibbons or Michel.
Stamps are unmounted mint (MNH) unless otherwise specified. All items are listed in good faith so E.& O. excluded.
Prices are in £ Sterling.
ORDERS -         can be placed by email, phone, fax or normal post (address supplied on request). Orders by email will be acknowledged
and date of despatch advised.
DELIVERY -      due to the inconsistencies of the British Post Office same day despatch cannot be guaranteed. Every effort is made to deal
with small orders within one working day of receipt and larger orders within three days. Actual delivery time will depend
on the destination and that country's postal service.
A 'proof of posting' certificate is obtained for all overseas orders and inland orders having a value of £10+
POSTAGE -      is not charged for standard rate deliveries worldwide. These orders are sent at the risk of the Buyer.
Cost of insured postage is additional at the following rates -
UK Recorded Delivery £0.70
UK Special Delivery £4.30 ~ £4.85  (up to £500 compensation)
International Signed For £4.70 ~ £7.25  (up to £500 compensation) [This service is not available in some countries]
Unless insurance is requested orders will be sent at standard rate postage.
PAYMENT -      Cash, Postal Orders  - Sterling only
Cheques  - Sterling accounts only. Payable to T. Forsey
Debit Cards  - Connect, Delta, Switch  (include issue no.)
Credit Cards  - Access, Mastercard, Visa  (include expiry date and cvn 3 digit security code)
PayPal  - send to PayPal account - trevor.forsey@btinternet.com
NB. There are no additional charges for processing credit/debit cards.
DISCOUNTS -   these will be deducted from the total list price of an order on the following basis -
Order value GBP50 - 100  less 5%
Order value GBP100+  less 10%
Regular/Repeat Customers  less 10% (order can be any size)
RETURNS -      items may be returned up to 21 days from the date of posting under the following conditions -
1. Damaged or incorrectly descibed items may be returned for a Refund/Credit of the price paid plus the return postage.
If a Refund is required this will be by the same method as the original payment.
2. Items incorrectly ordered or unwanted by the customer, eg. duplication, may be returned for a Credit only; customer
to pay the return postage.
PRIVACY -      Credit and debit card transactions are processed through a secure server and are not stored on our website.
We undertake that, whilst trading, we will not divulge our customers' personal information to a third party.
EXCHANGES - collectors invariably end up with duplicated items. It may be possible to exchange your duplication of Birds (NHM) for items
from the current stock lists. If this is of interest please list what is available but do not send until we have reached an
agreement.
